AUSTRIA
This team Austria ice hockey national team jersey was worn by goalkeeper Jürgen Penker at the 2009 World Championships in Switzerland. Austria played only two games with white jerseys. Those were in the relegation round against Hungary (W 6-0) and Germany (W 1-0). Bernd Brückler was the starting goalie thus this is a bench worn jersey. Despite the jersey was only used during the pre-game warm up sessions, it has pretty good wear on it.
All numbers, sponsorship patches, front crest, "AUSTRIA" and the IIHF patch are sewn onto the jersey. The name plate is sewn with individual letters heat pressed onto it. The shoulder crests are sublimated. The jersey is made by Nike.
